Sweetness of Tantai Jin and Ye Xiwu continues! I cannot get enough of these 2. They're so stinking cute. Our girl happily runs to Tantai Jin late at night to thank him for bringing her family back safely. And oh goodness these 2 are so flirty with the best micro expressions. Not at Ye Xiwu kissing Tantai Jin on the cheek as a thank you since he jokingly asked for a reward other than the words “Thank you”. Well, you get what you asked for lover boy. His shocked and speechless expression was the best. But right after, he raises his guard again and puts on the tough act. Lord the wishy-washy feelings. I mean he does regret it the next day but Ye Xiwu doesn’t mind as she’s still focused on her mission for those nails which has successfully grown again. So, should I even ship then? 😕 It’s so hard to not gush over the sweetness. On the bright side, Tantai Jin’s EQ is rising.
In an attempt to grow the nails
faster, she’s studying romance novels which makes me 😂😂. She shamelessly tells
Pian Ran her plan to make him fall in love with her but thank goodness Pian Ran
steps in to be the MVP and gives our girl Ye Xiwu some pointers. Even though
her pointers are to spite Tantai Jin for not allowing her any days off. 😂 These 2 have such a funny
brother/sister like relationship! Ye Xiwu taking the advice, cooks Tantai Jin
food which also left me just as surprised as Tantai Jin once she shows him.
Uhmmm… 😲but ya’ll props to him for being a
trooper and eating the food anyways. Looks like she won’t be stopping anytime
soon to be around him. That harp scene with Nian Baiyu 🤣🤣 Tantai Jin is having too
much fun teasing her.
As annoying as these
other characters are, I knew it wasn’t going to be that simple to get rid of
Tantai Minglang. The man’s back and even scarier looking. Our luck. King of
Sheng kingdom can get angry all he wants but I swear this man and his pride has
taken a toll on everyone. Men in power, right? 🙄It’s
not even surprising Minglang’s going to join sides with him. But I must say
that TTML’s puppet army is a genius idea considering Tantai Jin’s abilities.
Tantai Jin has really been improving as a leader. He’s taken the initiative to strengthen his weaknesses per Ye Qingyu’s observation. 👏👏 Man had so much patience when all the scholars were pouting about serving him. Ughhh get over yourselves already. But Ye Xiwu showing up to fan him during the lesson was hilarious. Can she be anymore shameless? LOL. It's good she's still there to support him as he's studying away.
I find it so funny
that Ye Xiwu took Pian Ran’s advice, “Ignore a man and he will care more for
you.” because as much as Tantai Jin is trying to deny it, he’s definitely
missing her presence. Seems like the plan is working, girl. How will these 2 be
tomorrow at this rate? Let’s hope Pian
Ran’s idea of gifting gifts will work for Tantai Jin to get Xiwu coming around
again. I love that she’s playing for both sides. 😂
