This
show is back to giving us loads of sweetness again after Ep. 34’s anger
infusing episode. What is this?! Another calm before the storm episode again.
I’ll keep on saying it but damn, this truly is one heck of a roller coaster
ride.
The
beginning of the episode still had me boiling from Immortal Cen doing the most.
So, adamant on killing Cang Jiumin. 😒 They nearly did kill him when they
extracted that demon crossbow but Susu to the rescue! She swooped right in to
save her man and back him up. That’s 2 people! I know his master had a change
of heart but that was after hearing Cang Jiumin’s “confession”. He still asked
all the right questions before making any judgement. Cang Jiumin wanted to
protect Susu’s secret of confining the evil bone in her but that’s only because
he doesn’t know the full truth. Luckily, Susu shows everyone proof of what
happened 500 years back. The big burden has lifted off her shoulders and now
the misunderstanding is cleared! 🥳 When CJM silently teared up hearing
about the truth whoo! So beautiful. How does one cry so beautifully?! 😭It only took 500 years but now Cang
Jiumin knows Susu’s true intentions. She’s always been protecting him all
along. ❤️
They’ve
removed the crossbow from CJM but gave it to Immortal Cen to hold. What in the
world?! This man is the #1 reason CJM was going to die and ya’ll want him to
hold on to it. I don’t know about that. And Di Mian is 100% SHADY! I knew there
was something off. Count him in as one of the biggest hypocrites. He definitely
stirred some things around too with that story of the Devil God. How’s he going
to tell the Immortal Daddies that his emotions got the best of him so he acted
out rashly. Ouuu lord! Someone innocent almost got killed because of that. He
wants to protect Susu along with the others in immortal sect. Sure you do 😒
It’s
whatever for now. I don’t want to raise my blood pressure. I’ll go cool off
with all the sweetness from Cang Jiumin and Li Susu. We’ve all waited so long
for this moment. The moment our leads would finally be on the same page. It
took us 35 episodes but I’m taking it. When Tantai Jin was waiting for Susu to
wake up, that inner monologue was the sweetest but the hug they shared when she
woke up. Oh goodness! That must’ve been the sincerest hug they’ve had. I was
tearing up with Tantai Jin. His expression clearly defined someone who was relieved
to be with their true love. And that forehead kiss was everything! There was some
tension in the room already but that threw it over the top. But we all know of
the sweetness today, they really exploded with that kiss scene by the lake. I
mean ya’ll my over 18 ass still covered my eyes. This was me the whole time à🫣🫣 🤣🤣 The kiss on that chest.
I was NOT expecting that especially when she tried to play a trick and lowkey
traumatize our man again with her mark. We deserved, no, TTJ and LSS deserved some
moment of happiness after all this mess.
A
quick mention. Cang Jiumin has
learned to not let the haters get to him. He was afraid of what was to come
because everyone kept telling him he will be the Devil God (bad guy). Don't
succumb to all of those people's words. They don't define you. You are the true
writer of your story. I’m so happy he’s come to truly understand self-love. I'm
all for his growth!
Many of you may agree
that today’s episode could really be the sweet ending of our leads and I would
too but I know the show won’t let us off that easily. LOL! *Sigh* Just give me
all the episodes to binge now Youku. Let’s just rip the band aid off in one go.
